ACTUAL PROBLEMS OF UNEVEN DISTRIBUTION OF TOURIST STREAMS

Background. Researches demonstrate that primary traffic of tourists in Russia is concentrated in a few regions, including Moscow and Moscow Region, Saint Petersburg. The effect can be to uneven distribution of tourist flows in our country. It doesn’t comply with nations goals. The goal of the study is problem identification of uneven distribution of tourist flows and solution search.
Materials and methods. The research tasks were implemented the basis of secondary analysis of tourism research results, statistical data, forecasting. The research methodology was based on the works by Russian scientists and business practices in the field of tourism and the system approach.
Results. It was found that problems of uneven distribution of tourist flows are relevant to the world and Russian Federation. As a result environmental pollution is grow, quality of life is reduced.
Conclusions. It was important to use strategic management during tourism development, conduct statistical calculation of tourist traffic, design new tourism brands. That’s of all were constrain uneven distribution of tourist flows. Regulations to tourist traffic may be use on destinations.
